We invite you to view the 2019–2020 OCLC Annual Report. The report celebrates how libraries and OCLC continued to advance our shared vision for the future of our community despite the challenging circumstances of a global pandemic. Among the achievements in FY20:- Libraries grew WorldCat to 482 million records and 2.9 billion library holdings.
- Public libraries continued to reinvent how they build community relationships with OCLC Wise, the first community engagement system for US public libraries. Two libraries went live and several more signed on to be early adopters.
- The WorldShare Management Services (WMS) community grew to more than 650 libraries in 23 countries. These libraries use WMS as their cloud-based library management platform to support their strategic priorities with actionable data and an experience designed with the user in mind.
- The resource sharing community adjusted policies to ensure interlibrary loan activities continued during the COVID-19 pandemic. The adjustments included lengthening aging periods for requests, the creation of OCLC profiled groups, and a community sourced map to help manage the return of physical materials.
