Saludos
cordiales,
My name is Hung-Yi Chen,
Assistant Dean of Zhejiang University International
Business School (ZIBS), on whose behalf I am pleased
to write to you to invite your university to nominate
outstanding students with extraordinary potential for
the Scholarship for the Master of China Studies
Program (Chinese Business Studies Track) at our
institution.
Zhejiang University has a
120-year history, having been founded in 1897. It is
located in Zhejiang Province, one of the world's
leading centers of the digital economy and home to
Alibaba and Ant Group. In terms of rankings, we are
#45 in the world and #5 in Asia (QS University
Rankings).
The scholarship includes: a full
tuition waiver for the Master of China Studies
Program at Zhejiang University. The program is built
on two interdisciplinary tracks: Chinese Business
Studies (CBS) and Chinese Culture and Society (CCS).
The program is designed to
foster professional knowledge of China's economy,
financial markets, corporate management, culture, and
society, delivering a profound and integrated vision
of China with a global perspective. It offers
opportunities for students to gain exposure to the
business climate of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Yangtze
River Delta Area, combining business studies with
direct exposure to Chinese business and international
management culture. Students will benefit from
internships, as well as corporate mentors from global
enterprises and leading Chinese companies. Through the
Chinese Language course offered as part of the
program, students will obtain proficiency in Mandarin.
