CAS SciFinder-n Enhancements for February 2023

Below is a summary of enhancements included in the most recent CAS SciFinderⁿ release.

RDFile download in V3000 format

Offering support for larger molecules and providing extended stereochemistry support, reaction results downloads are now enhanced to support the V3000 molfile format (also known as extended molfile format).

When accessing the Download Reaction Results window, choose the "RDFile v3000 (.rdf)" option from the File Type dropdown menu.

Additional enhancements:

• Search History control – You can now delete all items in your search history by clicking the delete icon. A message will appear to confirm your intention.
• Updated iconography – The icons throughout CAS SciFinderⁿ have been updated to provide greater contrast for increased legibility.
