Dear Ovid MEDLINE Customer,

The Ovid MEDLINE (MEDL) database is being reloaded to implement the 2026 MeSH and the new full set of data. More information on the 2026 baseline that was released last Friday can be found in the NLM Technical Bulletin:

The Ovid team has commenced the reload for Ovid MEDLINE that is currently expected to complete in late April/early May. We will confirm the date in our next update before the reload.
